Extra Homework Assignments
The following problems from the text are to be handed in on paper. You
will be graded on the clarity and coherence of your explanations as
much as on your answers (which are in any case often given in the back
of the book). Your write-ups must be your own work. Problems are due
at the beginning of class on the date listed.
